How much weight can the pony carry?

My ponies are larger and can carry up to 180lbs with no problem. This makes it nice that all the children and even some adults will be able to ride.

How much room do I need for a pony party?

My ponies are hand lead making it easy to walk them anywhere.  We can walk them in small or large yards, sidewalks and even slow busy streets or cul-de-sac. So don't think you need a lot of room for us to bring a pony to you.

Do you have parties at your location?

No, my farm is not set up for parties. But I will do a pony ride at my farm for up to three children. This is either a thirty minute session

($40 first child) or a hour session ($60 first child) each additional child is $20

Can we feed the ponies?

No, sorry but the ponies get a little piggy when we start feeding them and fingers can sometimes look like carrots. They love pets and hugs though.

Is there an age limit on the rider?

No, any age is ok to ride. If we have a small or young child a parent is welcome to walk next to the pony and hold the child.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, we do carry insurance.  If you should need a certificate for your HOA its not a problem but we will need a couple of days to get it from the insurance agency. So plan ahead if you are going to be doing the party at your neighborhood park. It's a $20 processing fee for the certificate.

How do I book a pony?

You will need to contact me to make sure I have the date your wanting available. A $50. non-refundable deposit will hold your day and time on the calendar?  You can mail a check or I use Venmo for your deposit.

What if it rains?

If you have paid a deposit I will show up rain or shine. Remember this is Florida weather can change just a few miles down the road.  If the weather looks a little iffy we will keep contact and I will do whatever you would like to do. Move it to another time if my schedule allows, get a little wet (unless its lightning) or cancel it. Should you have to cancel because of weather, you would only be out your deposit. but I will give you a gift certificate for a one time pony ride at my farm on another day.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I only accept check, Venmo or Cash. I do not take credit cards at this time.

How's the best way to get in touch with you?

I run this business by myself and I'm with clients that have paid for my time. So answering the phone and getting time to get back in touch with everyone can be hard for me at times.  But I will do my best to get back with you before the day is done. You can text, use Facebook messager, e-mail or leave a voice mail.

Thank you for understanding.
